I’m super happy with my Maitreya Laura body. I realize you already bought Slink, but for anyone else reading this thread with the same issues. first off, it’s a beautiful mesh body that you can completely customize to your liking. Secondly, nearly every clothing developer/vendor makes versions for Laura or exclusive clothing. Thirdly, the HUD is very intuitive and easy to use. Nothing but love for Maitreya Laura.

I love both Jordan and Jaylah... very cool names. IMHO Happy New Decade 2020’s! 🎆

The whole plan was to take the gondola under the Rialto Bridge at midnight, on New Years Eve 01-01-2020 (weird to write that date) and I’m still waiting....! (first post in the SL community in 2020...yay?.., not sure if that’s a good thing 🥳)

Seriously.... I'm not really wearing this outfit on NYE...probably the black gown, but who knows... still no date. Oh well. All is good, however I did want to take this minute to thank each and everyone of you who posts to the thread and regularly contributes through your posts "like" and comments! A serious heart filled thanks to you all and I'm sending you guys love, xoxoxo and hugs 😘!!!! You guys are my extended family and I love being apart of this community, and I promise to continue to work really hard (between my rl job) to keep it fresh, learn from you guys and mentor the newbies! Let's stay posting all year so we will have yet another New Years to celebrate next year. Happy 2020... ALSO ...A Happy new decade 2020-2029 starts and may we all start to get our act together and clean up our messy Planet before its' too late! 10 years and counting. However, I will confess (and you may not have heard) that we have a big problem in the US... so 68 million of us are working very hard to get a huge Douche out of office as soon as possible. (sorry if that got a bit political, but the lord spoke to me, Sara, personally this morning... she interrupted my Pumpkin Spice Latte and scared the Sh@% out of me... then she was like "Latte's for the house and made-up for the freak-out and Starbucks got back to normal....anyway, I digress, then, after the pleasantries and Latte's, she personally asked me to mention those things here) Passive aggressive slander accomplished! I totally had a similar feeling regarding the possibilities of SL. It’s also interesting that when one creates their account they/you have no real idea if SL will be but a blip in your life experiences. Like meeting someone who becomes a lifelong friend... it’s usually years later that you feel the significance. I certainly didn’t have a clue or faintest idea that years later I’d be still posting and involved in SL daily and that Saravendi would be used so much. And Yes, display names help a lot! I had Sara with a little o above the “a” in Sara... I just thought it added flair to my display name, until a friend told me that in Swedish it changed the meaning to something weird, so I removed It. Because SL is international we kinda have to be aware of issues like that.... OMG 😱! Anyway, really interesting story! Thanks for sharing!!
