Did a clean install for 4.6.1. Now, cannot get music in any sim, and cannot teleport from links in emails or on web. I have done all checks for music that I can find info for. I can hear sounds (ie: nature sounds, people chatting) but no music. I have checked Preference settings, OS settings (Windows 7), and still no music. SL plugins are also present and working. Can anyone help with these issues? Thank you, Red52

Hi Czari - thank you for your reply and info. I have only been an SL member for just over a year, so am not sure why -if the product was made in 2008 - it wasn't all taken care of back then. My email listed 6 salsa dances that were 'infringing content,' but they were in a folder of 27. Now am wondering why the other dances in that folder weren't considered 'Infringment?' I just deleted them all - I don't want to have any part of this problem. The email I received did have the statement you mentioned. I was getting freaked out by the LL info that said 'to get a lawyer.' (Are you kidding me???) Red52

Hello- I received an email today stating that a complaint had been made because I was infringing on IP content. Supposedly, several animations (salsa dances?) were the 'infringing content.' I have no idea what to do about this since this has never happened to me, and I didn't know I was infringing on anyone. I am not a creator or seller, and I always make my purchases through the marketplace or inworld stores. I am very confused by what all of this means - can someone please explain this to me? How do I find out who complained or where I got this content from? Shouldn't LL be going after the person/ people who gave it to me supposedly? Thank you, Red52

Hi Perrie - if you are referring to the Groups lists, I don't know if the members lists are loading completely or not. I did think of going through the official viewer the other day, thinking we must have had to for some reason. I could not find where to uncheck for Group chats, but did set for Group messages and 'Show/ Hide in Profile.' Now today when I logged in, at first all of my groups were "showing in profile.' When I checked about an hour later (without resetting), all previous settings for Show/ Hide were correct, so I have no idea what's happening now. Red52

Hello - I have no idea where to post for help to this problem. I also have the newest Firestorm update (not the Beta program out now.) Since the last update, I have an ongoing problem with my Groups settings: every time I log into SL, my previous settings have changed and I am getting CONSTANT messages from Groups I belong to, when I have already set the settings for NOT getting Group messages, group chat, and/ or show/ don't show in profile. I have to reset these settings each time I log into SL to correct what I have already corrected MANY times over. In addition to getting Group messages and/ or Group chat messages, the Group will show in my profile when I have already set it not to. I am using Windows 8. I have tried to find this problem in Firestorm YouTube videos, wiki, and contacted Firestorm Support inworld over two weeks ago - no response from them. I cannot figure out what this would be listed under, so as to find possible help for the problem. Can anyone help please? Thank you, Red52
