Coby True its far away from a flight simulatur unfortunatly. But its fun, and you get a better feeling for SL Geography as well. Hey I know my way around the Nautilus continent now. Before this flying experience I ddi not even know that this continent actually exists. Also for sightseeing flying is great - especially with a helicopter. And if your plane is big enough...well, sex in the clouds is a fun experience too: A steaming flight

Hi Leonard On the airport I did visit are actually quite some people. Its a reather busy region. Its called "Hollywood Airport" and the region is called "Santa Catalina". They have a group as well. I am sure you can find like minded people either in that group or in the airport bar &restaurant. The first month of the life of this blog is over. Result so far: 4.000 page views. Not too bad for a brand new blog. Hello This is a serious question and no bashing intented. Just in case. I have looked in youtube at a couple of videos about flying a plane in second life. It all sound very interesting. In fact I am getting curious about trying it and writing about it. My friend Tristan got me intrigued about that when he took me on a trip on his Steampunk plane. Now there is one thing that I have difficulties to understand: Why do people use planes in Second Life? Avatars can fly, so where is the point using a vehicle? What is the difference if there is one? The obvious one would be flying together with someone else or part taking in combat games . ok I understand that. But other then that: Is flying a plane for recreational purpose or for sightseeing any different or any better than simply flying with your avatar? I am really curious about this. Also, does anyone know of air combat sims in Second life? I would so love to try that. Are there clubs were those plane people meet for fun or for chating? Schools available? Are there planes or flight simulators which are kinda realistic m meaning you can actually see how a real life plane would work - like a realistic flight simulator? That would be very cool for me, because I have a flight phobia in Real Life (aka: **bleep** scared when having to take a plane). Understanding the mechanics of flying a plane might help me (here is my reason hahah). What else do you know about the subject? Any input appreciated. Thanks in advance

All right Caroline goes facebook! I have seen the odd Avatar with a facebook account. I don't mean the RL person behind that avatar, I mean actually a profil and/or fanpage for an avatar. Whilst I do not know how many there are of those accounts on facebook, I decided to give it a go anyway and promote my blog via a fanpage. Hello Party Animals This is not my place, its a place from a friend of mine, who finds it a bit difficult to promote his party lounge. So I thought I give him a hand and write about it here and on my blog. Well. I think people do have a "main" look in Second life and want to comunicate something with that look. Of course you can change complettly within seconds, but people tend to come back to their "main" look all the time. And yes I would like my blog get known. Where is the point writing for myself. What do I think? I think you want to get hits for your blog Worrying about who is who in real is silly because you can be 100 one minute and 25 the next minute. You can be different species. People should just lighten up and let be.

Good Morning from Europe Most people's avatars look young and pretty. But I met a guy the other day that had an avatar looking 50+ . He really was standing out of the crowd between all those pretty 20 to 30 avis. Yes why not Re-Noob yourself! By the way I became a hairdresser now: In the meantime a lot happend. I changed my looks again. Got some great stuff from somebody totatlly free.
