Charolotte Caxton wrote: Eh, maybe the neutrinos were being a bit sluggish that day, or maybe some other cable was loose this time, or maybe enough people weren't believing hard enough. Besides, don't they have to redo it like a hundred times for it to be scientific? I think this particular experiment will be repeated a few more times and in the long run will show this first one with an unsuspected outcome about which many speculated as the only one with a measuring error. The list of scientists participating in the link I supplied will cover it' s authenticity afaik. -

Aherm. Fluids are measured in volumes. Substitute 'drop of water' with the unit of volume ( liters in my example ). 1 ml H2O + 1 ml H2O = 2 ml H2O Besides .. your reasoning only works at roomtemperature. Does it still apply when it' s freezing ? -

The only thing I can ' see' from that is that the initialisation of your ATI card is 'wobbly' . It seems to complain about something. I' m not experienced in ATI cards. Perhaps some 3D setting in Catalyst ? Or perhaps start your viewer without rendering of shadows ( you find that in Preferences (CTRL+P) --> Graphics ). 2012-03-07T12:43:32Z INFO: newview/llviewerwindow.cpp(1553) : LLViewerWindow::LLViewerWindow: NOTE: ALL NOTIFICATIONS THAT OCCUR WILL GET ADDED TO IGNORE LIST FOR LATER RUNS.2012-03-07T12:43:32Z WARNING: llrender/llgl.cpp(486) : LLGLManager::initWGL: No ARB WGL render texture extensions2012-03-07T12:43:32Z INFO: llwindow/llwindowwin32.cpp(1363) : LLWindowWin32::switchContext: GL buffer: Color Bits 32 Alpha Bits 8 Depth Bits 242012-03-07T12:43:32Z INFO: llrender/llgl.cpp(1049) : LLGLManager::initExtensions: Couldn't initialize GL_ARB_occlusion_query22012-03-07T12:43:32Z INFO: llrender/llgl.cpp(1053) : LLGLManager::initExtensions: Couldn't initialize GL_ARB_point_parameters2012-03-07T12:43:32Z INFO: llrender/llgl.cpp(1085) : LLGLManager::initExtensions: Disabling mip-map generation for ATI GPUs (performance opt) arseGPUTable: GPU 'ATI Technologies Inc. I think your viewers keep crashing after 'you' log into LL' s servers and are handed over to the region itself. You might check your router settings wether they' re not too strict and perhaps can add some ports to help smooth things up. I hope this helps. -

What is there to debate? Either you believe or you don't. One of the papers I did for my degree was entitled "The Theodicy Of The Gnostics Regarding The Emanation Of The Demiurge."
