  1. Nice to see a few smily faces on here from time to time Try a speedtest when logged in to SL, and when not logged in, to get an idea. If you can tell us the viewer you are using, might be able to provide more specific help, so I won't spam you with links.
  2. Use the support portal, login as a guest, and follow the prompts. Easy. and see what LL come back with. Or, if a specific area of land, ask the land owner. Ta-daaaaaaa no spam, no soapbox telling you waht you can/can't do!
  3. Rollig needs to update her copy/pasting card: Please note that some Toll-Free numbers have changed Local Toll-Free numbers France: 0805-101-490 Germany: 800-724-4552 Japan: 800-100-3060 Brazil: 800-878-3076 Spain: 90-083-9074 UK: 800-086-9081
  4. Okay, so we can try and avoid you being spammed by pages copied/pasted from the wiki, or people on their self-opinioated soapboxes: If the sim in question is Mainland, contact Support and explain to them via a ticket (ticket is better for this than live chat) If it's a private sim, IM the sim owner, and ask about a sim rollback which should replace your items.
  5. My suggestion, to avoid getting spammed by pages copied/pasted from the wiki: I don't think it's possible via lumiya, but I would try asking in group chat, if somebody could eject you from the group.
  6. Hi Britboy, Unfortunately, you'll get that here. People far fonder of preaching, than helping. I sent you a message inworld about providing you with some practical/useful things - if you need more please feel free to get back to me. Here, you'll see mostly spam, or people jumping on soapboxes. regards, Burpy.

  10. There are indeed Linden offices inworld, it;s just a case of knowing where to look. Visit a sim called Linden Estate Services, here's the SLURL http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Linden%20Estate%20Services/151/137/37
  11. Support got back to me, no issues with the sim, so it's a case of waiting on the sim owner now.
  12. Let's see if we can help you out here before you get bombarded with pages copied/pasted from the wiki, or people standing up on soapboxes with megaphones. I tried to access the sim as per our convo inworld, no joy. It could possibly be an issue on the sim, so I've filed a support ticket, see what comes of that. Otherwise, have to wait for the estate owners, or estate manager, to answer you. best regards, Adamburp Adamczyk.

  14. I shall answer this one before you get bombarded with copied pages from the wiki, and people's personal gripings. I'm guessing Linden owned land, so log into the website help>support>contact support submit a case form Problem = land &region land&region - land/parcel issues then just fill in the details, and include a slurl to it. This ticket will go to the LDPW (the department who look after the mainland) and they will take a look at it. best regards, Burpy.

  20. hey Simmi, step by step guide 1) reboot pc/modem (important, as it clears most connection issues) 2) open viewer, and depending on which viewer you use, set cache to maximum size, and bandwidth setting 3) find a nice quiet sim eg Denby, and park there 4) clear cache 5) log in 6) wait for your stuff to finish reloading if you need further help, let me know cheers, Burpy.
  21. Hey Latin, I read you checked first to see if you have the updated drivers - smart first move. Which viewer do you use?
  22. Simple suggestion: clear your browser's cache next time, it could just be a remnant causing an issue. After that, clear your viewer's cache. short and to the point, any more help needed, contact me inworld. cheers, Burpy.
  23. hey Lisha, Unlikely to be a network issue if your alts load correctly. Will contact you inworld with some direct useful help, see if we can get you fixed.
