    I asked you if you are a troll, I did not call you one.  You accusing me of encouraging someone to break the guidelines is laughable, so go ahead, report me.  It still won't get you your idea of justice.

    Absolutely I have not solicited you to name the person.  I asked you to talk seriously about the subject, that is to raise your concerns and let other people give you advice or possibly raise their own concerns. I DO NOT ENCOURAGE THE DISCLOSURE OF REAL LIFE INFORMATION.

    Ruchi, it's time you took the good advice that's been given to you by more than one person. AR, block, move on.  If you're after what you see as justice in this forum you won't find it because no-one in this forum can give it to you.  You clearly want to name this person but if you stay here keeping your grievance hot and not taking sensible action, then you're wasting your time.

    To be fair to Phil, it does seem as though some people forget what he says at the start of a topic, or even during it.  He then has to keep responding to those people to point them back to what he said, when if they'd taken in what he said and remembered, or didn't ignore it for the sake of getting at him, these topics would end much sooner.

    p.s. I've never met Phil, or indeed any of you, so I have no particular loyalty, or axe to grind.  I just say what I see.

    To return back to the discussion raised in this thread, I would answer your question, but I seem to be prohibited from doing so by the community guidelines.

    Of course you're prohibited.  You can't give out RL information without the person's permission.  You could have posted seriously, however, in general terms, if you really had to do so.  It would have been a relevant discussion point for some, I'm sure.
