  2. Yes I udnerstand for mechants with not so many transactions of money movement may be not important at all for for us really is a big deal, as I guess for many many more even bigger than us, for sure
  3. Okey here is the new MP bug, in case noone realized yet, the "failed dalivery" status, we dont get paid, customer gets the money back and hey they get the products. I´d detected two cases of customers that did great reviews on my products, saying how happy they were with them and oh surprise I never got paid. So started inventigating and contacting some more customers and asking and I found out that this is happening after MP changed on april 2013 form boxes to the present. I of course submitted a ticket and Dakota Linden as laways washes her hands and says that she cannot do nothing that I should go to this customers and ask them to pay me... Now how ilogical and ridiculous is this?! I wont go customer by customer begging for money, many wont even pay and others cannot even check transactions of more than 30 days, so this is crazy as I see it. I started also a case here please feel free to join me by voting for it https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-5023 Linden should get this money form the customers and send to the merchant involved as they used to do before with the old well known bug "being delivered" and send to us, this is terrible I have over 14 transactions on this status and I didnt even checked other satus as "aborted" and so on...what do you all think?

  5. Apparently we will not be taxed, this is only for americans or americans living in other countries not USA right now. If you a re form UK and you never lived in USA you wont be taxed t all. What does SUCK is that we have nothing to do but still they **bleep**ed our money. For me thye have my money since 13th and thye arent releasing it even when i said the info, ID scanned and form complete days ago, I am so angry! I wonder if anyone got their money released yet???? Please let me know
  6. What about not USA people like me, I am from Argentina, i had to complete that to release my payouts obviously but this is not for charging me any tax? how it works for not usa people and this tax??? does anyone knows please?
  7. Thanks everyone guys for the answer, glad somehow to know that its not only us then, even when its of course a big crap, We did submitted a ticket but they said "make a jira" as answer so well not many perspectives or getting this fixed I guess, sadly

Hey dear yes I did, its on my post, already done, it doesnt clean up nothing, no more boxes inworld nowhere, all delted form ingame and also form the Xstreet site, still that doesnt delete the unassociated items. and manually deleting doesnt work for me unless I do one by one, which is tkaing me forever, I really dont udnerstand how others did Chat support says WE CANNOT HELP sorry, bye Ticket answer: VOTe for this Jira here https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-4567 and migrating is tomorrow, GREAT thank you Lindens!   10. Yes of course tried many times nothing works, only updating each item individually works for me which is crazy as I got over 1k items I dont udnerstand really how noone else posts here, I cnanot be the only one with this problem!
  11. 1) I followed the guide step by step showed here: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Marketplace-Direct-Delivery-migration-guide/ta-p/1293139 in order to migrate my items to DD 2) I only could get to migrate half of the items, Why? because it creates a duplicate folder of eahc item insise the category called Unnasociates inventory items. As the guide explains, I deleted the boxes inworld, and that doesnt delete the items form the list I try to manually dele this items using delete, and it keeps showing me this error window: The page you were looking for doesn't exist.You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved. OR So sorry to keep you waiting. We'll be right back!We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly. so, after trying close to 20 times, never works, great 3) Yes I had to go to the old Xstreet web site and remove manually form there the servers one by one, the magicboxes sitll shown, and waited for a time but this doesnt helped either. 4) As logically chat support is currenly unavailable right now, still for a couple of hours, could please someone help me out and tell me what else I could do, as I got 591 items unassociated when 100 seems the limit plus 500 more still to migrate? thanks in advance

Steve thank you so much for coming over and trying and yes, we couldnt find the origina of this particle and believe me many of us had tried, thats why I keep insisting that only a linden ingame could help solving the problem definitely, but it seems that even with over 25 ARs sent they refuse to help so far, and that particle is jsut one of the troubles, had you teleported down to land and see also the other goondquad attack? and together with the spam window? I dont know whcih was it worst

Thnak you Ima for your comments, and yes I keep submitting a new AR everyday together with my neighbours, I know this is a problem of many sims not just this one and that takes time, still I didnt got any answer form LL after 7 days and yes believe me I notice the attack is still on because I checked veryday and everything its there. We are about to abandon this lands after seeing that obviously LInden doesnt help at all..
  14. 25 of March today like 7 days and LL still doesnt react Thanks for the advices guy and yes of course I can solve the problem for myself but still I have a business here so customers that arrives gets this spam and just leaves and for that I cnanot keep waiting much longer, it sucks really to pay por premium support and get ZERO support, thanks Lindens!!!
  15. Hello Autumn thanks a lot for your comments and help Yes I udnerstand but what else can we do when over a dozen of ARS had been sent and LL does not react or helps? I alreayd imed and notecarded every neighbour, they were helpful, they also joined and sent Ars themselves, still th eproblem seems just worst and worst We have a small business here, some skyboxes that we rent and that as you may imagine with this serious lag and sexual spam noone is renting now we had to close them for 4 days now Yes of course we all did that but its not on my land , so nothing I can do

Today a new attack was added this time form "Goonsquad" shich even provides the abuser object name, this was added to the attacks that we are suffering on Kress land for 4 days now The first attack was an obscene particle spam, and this new one loads a sexual site and spams our window so bad that makes you relog We, together with all neighbours had submited over a dozen of ARs alreayd to Governor Linden with screenshots and Liden does not replies or helps so far after 4 days of complaining If this situation persists we will be forced to abandonate our lands here on Kress sadly

Yes our mainstore is on another land, correct What we have on kress its skydomes, sky suites that we rent to couples and the office to rent them is more down Today a new griefing attack was added even more terrible All neighbours had reported over a dozen ARs to Governor Linden on the past 4 days and Liden doesnt react so far If we dont have any help form them today we will all abandon the lands here at Kress we we dont see any other solution
  18. Hello Mari yes I got in touch with all the neighbours and sent Ncs to all of them we will see if they help, thank you for the idea! Yes I am not a person that submits an AR for a silliness, always what I sent was with enough prove and consistence, and all serious and obvious violations to TOS, still I never had luck with not even one of my submitted ARS in the past, or now, so yes you seem to be very lucky indeed. Thank you for your help again!

Thats a good idea actually yes I will try to contact parcel owners instead maybe they do help About Linden support, in 5 years I am in SL thye never ever had reacted against an AR I would like to know if someone has had ever a good positive response about them because for me, they dont even look at them as I see it... Anyway we thank you so so much for your solidarity and help! wish more were as helpful as you are thank you once again
  20. Hey Mari no you know we hadnt purchasing anything new for those suites we rent they ar ethe same for long time now. Cannot be soemthing inside the dome as those domes are turnips, no mod, so not evne someone with my rights could had done that, that particle appeared itself form one day to another and we werent even there, my guess is that a griefer left a box on a neighbours parcel, as object is definitely not on mine, saldy it seems that support team is not reacting as usual even with several complains of premium members that owns parecels on that mainland sim, honestly I was about to purchase a full mainland sim to expand this business we have but this has totally discourage me as I se eno service, no help, no support on mainland troubles.

Hello Marigold thanks so much for trying to help! yes I couldnt find the root prim either, but yes the first I saw on land was for strange objects to return and it seems not to be on my land, has to be someone that rezzed the prim on neighbours land, thanks a lot for also sending an AR and helpoing so much, best regards!

Three different people at least had sent Ars to Governor Linden about the attack suffered on our land in Kress (Kress/43/182/4022), Linden inworld team does not do anything about this now for 3 days, this is mainland parcels of several owners and the griefer attack is s display of sexual pictures particles all around us, its very frustrating for us because its hurting our business as well as damaging in Pg lands, and while we pay for premium support all of us, noone answer our complains, any ideas are welcome thank you!
  24. You are not the only one happened the same to me this days loosing probably ton of sales, andI cnanot believe LL does this right now on holidays... I am so pissed
