  1. Yes I had to migrate half of one of my boxes and that way partically fixed for now but I wonder if other merchants have the same trouble or not
  2. Yes thats correct takes a bit time to show. What they should do for once is notify us Merchants by mail as they notify the sales, aobut the reviews done, as they used before on Xstreet. Sometimes I see reviews posted 2 months ago and there is nothing much I can do so late and this sucks, I wonder if they will ever fix this???
  3. If you didnt yet please check out your "unavailable" status items, I checked and I had 8 full pages of them. MP linden team said clarely that they will not force direct delivery till after Valentines days but seems they did with some items wanting or not as abug. I had to migrate more than 200 items forced because there was no ither way to fix them. Items werent touched, they were correctly inside the boxes as I checked as always, still they were forced to migrate or not working. Thank you veyr much Lindens for this great surprises right now on Xmas, as always the best bonus to help us!

Hello, thanks for your answer The review is 3 stars not 4 And no I never contacted her at all, or asked that review to get removed My partner was the one who contacted her kindly twice by NC trying to get her satisfied teahcing her how to sit Still she went and made that review laying saying that the bath had script errors and that my customer service sucks when I never contacted her You are wrong when you express "There's a difference between an "artist" who uses a platform such as SL who then offers content for sale. Criticism is taken personally, how dare someone criticise MY art?" This is not the case, the case is actually that is a total lye to say that the bath has scripts errors when it hasnt or that my customer service suscks wehn I never contacted her at all and my partner tried to help her twice very kindly, please read up? And I see very correct to ask to collegues about their own experiences with this kind of cases and helpful, and hear what they have to say or suggests. Regards,
  5. Yes we had contacted them , in my case I tried to contact when he wa sonline twice the cigars guy and he never replied to me, even being online, after sending the nasty notes. I never contacted the bathroom woman of him My parter did contacted twice by a very kindly note the bathroom woman explaining her how to sit on the bath , because the only problem of her aparently was that evne when you point the tube on the bath and the chairs appears to sit, she never realized of this and was expecting for poseballs After sending her two notes explaining this she replied to my partner with threatening and insulting notes like "why dont you come over here and show us how dumb we are to sit? and a long etc, unnecesarely rude When my aprtner got tired of getting insulted over and over when tried to help, THERE is when we decided to ban them and mute them. We did tried both, of course, to provide help and assitance kindly even the offenses Nothing worked. Much venom and hate and claiming over and over they are builders better than us that why we guess they are alts of bad competitors. No normal person acts this way

Happens the same to me zhoie, they used to help us before on this matter, clarely more whne the reviews were offensive using bad language or untrue and fake about the product as MP guidelines says Nevertheless right now they refuse to help or delete any review of this kind As you well said all reviews are welcome, when true, when respectful, even bad ones But this shouldnt happen anymore We are the ones who pay toLL for the sales th eocmission, and also for all the enhacements, the money they get they get it 100% form Us, so, why not to give us a hand instead of encouraging this abusings premanently as they do now? I´d decided to actually cancel my premium mebership ebcause of this, I am paying for years not to LL and I get ZERO support everytime I ask, (see my new post, flagging works?=) Hugs zohie!
  8. As first I think this may be one of the many Marketplace bugs because if you remmber we all had a big trouble for Xmas and this happened to many many merchants it was a total mess, myself too. It hought this bug was fixed but apparently it isnt so merchants, please keep track of your transactions and look the ones that says "being delivered" a high probability that it was indeed delivered to the customer but never paid to you! About the SL support its really not only low but disastrous, in my personal experience. I am convinced that they have a certain number of cases given to close on one day not mattering the results or the customer satisfaction on the process. Everytime I asked for help on the chat answer was over and over "we cannot do nothing please submit a ticket! and when I submited a ticket thye just kept closing it over and over clarely not even reading what I was claiming. This is terrible dissapointing for the ones who PAYS for customer support as premium.

I banned this people not because of their reviews but because they clarely did this on purpose, they sent us both threatening and insulting notes which I cannot copy here because thats against TOS but they are terrible notes, and also posted this reviews on the same time, they didnt want help or customer service or they had any trouble with our products, they just did this as a premedited actio, and very clarely. So I ask you, if today you loggin into SL, you got a note full of insults personally against you, then you see on MP 3 different reviews untrue lying aobut your products and insulting you again, you wouldnt do nothing? And again, what to evaluate when the products are perfectly fine, and its clear what they do? And I had several bad reviews of customers like " I dont know how to use this" "I am too dumb to sit" etc still this is the first time in years I report one.   10. You were lucky then, that they removed yours But yes we did flagged for hateful speeches the reviews this person made, full of insults, literally bad words and they refuse to remove, so I cannot understand why, whats is the reason for them to refuse to delete them
  11. We got a person this wkeend that purchases our best seller products just to ruin them flagging with a terrible review. The reviews were not only untrue but also insunting, this Person was repeatedly slandering, and badmouthing us was rude and disrepectful. We are known for good customer service, but this person can write no NC or Conversation without insults. He sent us notes with insults, insulted on his comments and in the reviews. We spoke as first with LIVE CHAT and thye told us that we should submit a ticket that they cannot do nothing themselves We submitted a ticket then and they kept closing them today saying that "Customer Support cannot assist residents directly with issues regarding Product Listing Reviews on the Second Life Marketplace web site. The Product Listing Review Team members address all reports of issues in accordance with the policies that Linden Lab has set in place regarding content reported on the Second Life Marketplace web site." So, noone can help us? We cannot sadly block people to pourchase form us, but even when we quote the insults in the reviews, which is against MP guidelines clarely (2. Reviews should not use profanity. And also, it is forbidden by the guidelines ◦posting hostile or inauthentic reviews or comments on a competing merchant's items) LL team do nothing?? To who complain then=????? Insults posted here! noone deletes???? How this may occur?

Yes of course, many dates are important not only USA, Canada day is also 1st july and so on, we pay tons of money to them on this special dates in enhacements for our products to show in the categories, the least they could do is helping us leading clicks and people to see those categories, not WHATEVER...
  13. I would love to see sometime something helpful for us merchants specially in holidays and special celebrations, now 4th july is coming but still shows masquerade items that really has nothing to do with nothing...they could change at least one week, ten days before for important dates???

I would like to know if any other Merchant has today the problem that I am experiencing I started contating my customers one by one, the ones who stayed in the category "being delivered" since one or two days and passed to the status NOT PAID after a time I have a long list that I just submited on a ticket of a lot of purchases for a total of 11455 lindens that they clearely say NOT paid but customers HAD got the product.. I submitted to linden today a ticket with all the details of my transactions plus all my chat logs with many of the customers who did not payed me and got the product I would like to know of Linden and Marketplace will be resposible of their failuare and of this money that I lost It is very low for me to keep contacting every client and to have to ask for my money I think liden is the one who should fix their mistake one way or another. I am waiting for a ticket response about this and also I would like to know if all of you have same trouble And if you are a merchant and you didnt checked this please do
  15. Yes I think the same and even worst I think we will get an horde of complains and we sont be able to do much as we dont know if its payed or not as its "Queued" I sent a message to all groups I possible can alerting about this.
  16. My advice as seller is, Dont buy in Marketplace today, buy on ingame stores, Marketplace is NOT delivering nothing right now, and we as sellers cannot do much. We dont know if item has been paid or not as appear on "QUEUE" so we cannot redeliver nothing. I hope people stops buying at MP things that they hope to get today for Valentines.

Totally agree with you Gavin, and also Toysolidier proposal seems quite interesting but also agree with you about the cost wont be enough for solve this issue, and agree with Luna as well, I guess we are asking for the same and saying the same just in different ways. I dont agree at all with this "And actually I see no difference between no money entering because people are hunting for freebies in world or no money entering because they take freebies them from the marketplace. The netto result for the economy is exactly the same." I go myself to get a camping on Marketplace, and....oh here is a camping for free or $10, similar, so its same, I get this one then the cheaper, why to spend more? For me this is without any doubts the mayority people way of reason.... and that does produce a big impact as people continuously expends less money than they should when nothing is free. A collegue, Pamela Galli said yesterday " i wont sit and wait that people is ready to use mesh, I will create a market for mesh" you cannot have forever such a narrow vision to see everything as just "one cake", "and everyone eating from that only cake". The Market is divided on many niches, targets and even it spossible as pamela said, to open new markets. SO more than just one cake I see as a big number of cakes, (sorry my limited english) but that marketplace as I see it would me more profitable for us and Linden once again, removing this on the process... why? because NOTeveryone who buys freebies has zero to expend as you think, thats totally wrong. many people has money and choose a freebie or ridiculousy free cheap-item instead os another, when could buy another instead, again beneficing sellers and LL: I think that post has tons of different opinions right now, from many different ppoints of view, I even saw it became the bigger post made for long time, so I would really love to hear a "Marketplace linden" person, and read whats their vision or thoughts aobut this.

Yes I think you are mistaken about this, you see, I have many best sellers of the total of 900 products I got in total with our two business avies, thats okey and some are on top on th elist and very easy to see because of the sales ranking, so said this, the problem arent those, the problem are my new products, only the new ones. When you upload a new product wich I do almost everyday, it appears last last in last position of last page of that category. So thats why I mean, I have to pay an enhacement FORCED somehow , becausse if I dont, as I alreayd explained, people would have to pass trough a millon pages of freebies, dollarbies and ridiculous lower prices of less than$10 lets say (I call all freebies) to actually reach to see my product. So I am actually right now paying an ehacement for each new product I launch for epople to be able to find it. If youw ant exmaples as I see you like, see for exmaple my last couple pose that I uploaded a couple days ago, its called "Lady & tramp", it appears LAST, of course cause its new, you have to get trough 776 pages I think if you search under "ouple pose"for ex, imagine how less pages that would be between if we get rid of "freebies"? See now? If marketplace team for some reason I suspect choosed to do this, I mean choosed to decide not to charge a fee to freebie sellers as thye actually planned to do when it was the migration form xtreet to marketplace, because this way as its happening now everyone has to pay for an enhacement, I think its worng, very cause they do lot more money chanrging the 5% comission of the item that I will sell, per item than jsut one enhacement fee per month. Regulary my new items sells more than xxxx units a month as minimun so its simple math I did to see this. And yes once I sold a number I become first on list, but stil I had to pay for an enhacement for people to get at least to see my item, you see? thats my point. Gavin´s , are more or less my thoughts, putting a coherent fee to this freebie sellers would bring us better business as well as LL too. And noone looses in the end, freebie sellers may offers all their stuff ingame, freebie collectors go and get all your want, but ingame, us sellers and LL we do our business. Now freebie collectors will complain of course, but its easy to buy in market without having to move= well, want a quality freebie, go yourself move your butt and get it and AT LEAST bring traffic to a store by visiting? fair enough.

I agree with you Renee and Luna, and not only on those examples, my point is more also the bad visualization that our products have in marketplace because the millon pages of freebies that comes up first. Again more than 50% of my stuff has no competition not only because animations that they can try at my mainstore before buying, but also because the unique sculpties I make for them (I dont use anymore the full perm packs that I tried on a beggining for the simply fact that everyone could have and sell the same so you just cannot compite) so my biggest problem are not competitors but the time that people would have to take to get to actually see my product if I dont pay for an enhacement, because of this freebies pages... So again this brings no business for us or LL and for LL this is a business in the end so they should help th epeople who bring them more money, us sellers , not freebie sellers. Freebie sellers should be gone form market or at least as minimun to be forced to pay an uploading coherent fee on this market.

I think that depends on that you build If you are clothes make as happened to you before and they are one tohusand more clothes maker then the problem would be the competition yes, also if you create a sculpted full perm tree branch and another sells the same branch even cheaper then your problem its the competition. In my case more than 50% of my stuff has no competition, because for exmaple for my furnitures brand the animations I built self and noone else has it in sl, and as that many other brands or articles like my baby stuff too. Said this, when there is no possible competition on the prododuct that you build because somehow it has an unique characterist that only you have it, which differentiates you form the rest, then actually the freebies builders In Marketplace, bothers, why? Someone said, freebies sellers are not competition because they doesnt take money out of your pocket, of course they dont. What I meant with that is this, we all know very well how search engines are on a big % screwed on Marketplace, this plus most of the people, mayority prefers low prices and if its free better.( I made an original christmas table this year, unique in sl for how its built, price 1200, 7 prims. I only sold my oldest table 3 years old wich is 200 prims and costs $250L, like this with tons of more products I can measure people priorizies the price above all, at least the big mayority, even when many wont mind about price and will pay for quality, etc the mayority according to my experience, will buy according to price only) So even when you have a good product, even when you used all keywords, made marketing and all, people needs to pass over tons of freebies and dollarbies pages first to actually reach to find and see your product. Why? Why if I am the one who pays in the end as all sellers my 5% comission for each product I sell, plus all the enhacements for they at least to show in some category landing, why the people has to decide it it buys one merchant product or a free because they get tired of passing 20 pages? No business for Linden here, not business for us sellers, many people who buys quality freebies and brings business to noone. We pay, we pay for land to linden for our shops, we pay for classifields, we pay for enhacements, we pay comission on sales, all to linden, why liden doesnt beneficiate Us for once, like our products only to be shown , not thousands of freebies pages between? I dont see it should stay this way. The freebie sellers should be able to get all the freebie stff thye want but ingame, this way wouldnt hurt us. And I agree also with Pamela Galli when she said that the suclpt makers who sells at ridiculous prices hurts us too, I had to stop buying myself to Sculpt Republic for exmaple (food) because they packages are so cheap that everyone gets them, then the consequence is that you sell all marketplace selling that stuff on a range form $1 to $10 so why to buy that. All contributes to hurt, competition, of course, new sculpts packges full perm everyday cheaper, templates and everything but this we cannot get rid of. Freebies on marketplace, at least we should, and this was the reason of my opinion when I created this post first. I am grateful and amazed too by every answer even when the opinions are so different, it always enrich to hear another points of view so thank you all for that

Oh didnt meant being rude at all, and I do respects opinions of everyone, but is still my choice to reply or not to a comment Maybe I would just had to make clear at the start that I am actually interested on opinions of collegues merchants and really not on customers " I love freebies" , was actually just trying to make clear my position as merchant and I would really like to hear what other merchants have to say, as you may know, this is in the end the Merchants thread But I understamd why your comments anyway as you are one of the persons who offers this freebies In the end I hope that LL charges a fee to all persons like you who offer 100 freebies or more in marketplace, like they planned to do when it was the migration form xstreet to Marketplace, in the understanding that actually the people who pays to them are, I guess, as mayority the merchants who pays for more land and premium accounts and not the freebie collectors/offerents

Alicia: I dont loose time with brainless responses no sense, pointless! Toysoldier yes the people who sadly thinks like her are the start of all this, agree again To the rest I have 100% of good reviews I cannot complain but I work a lot on the after sales service and try to leave always the customer happy
