This happened to me a few times as well Pamela, I dont know exactly how many but a few time si got a customer comment telling me they had review, i checked and they did, and never got a mail, please let me know the JIRa you open so I vote. I opened two JIRAS myself today, one for the well known bug that today is one year old, where the people who purchases as GIFT in MP cant leave any review, not the buyer, not the reciver, and another one with the same years old problem, freebies in MP, please vote as well if you feel affected by this as well! https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-8275 https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-8276

Since this new update happened, i noticed 4 times only on this morning, that customers got deliver an old item, that is not associated in MP with the prodct but only on my inventory, but has same name, and they got delivered that incorrect old item. for exmaple, on MP I sell a panda bear that is 18 LI, is correctly lsiten and associated to the correct box, but the customer got delivered an old box with a panda of 108 prims that wa son my inventory jsut with same name. I jsut hope that MP doesnt start taking whatever form inventory, because for an old seller with 300k items in inventory is jsut impossible to start checking this now one by one, and correct... Is anyone else having same issue?
  3. Or my personal all times favourite: "I got this riding horse, its beautiful and it does ride, but I wanted it to fly!" You got a didable horse, it says clarely it rides, nowhere says that it flyes or flart rainbows as you wish or want, really Got 2 of this and only this last week! I swear could write a guiness of stupid customers, sorry (thanks god are only 1% of a 99% great ones!

An item being changed to "adult" does not prevent the listing enhancement from working or showing up for everyone. If a person is browsing the marketplace while not logged in, or if they have the "adult" rating disabled or unchecked that would be the only situation where they would not see it. However those logged in would still be able to properly see the listing enhancement in question, which means it will have still been properly functioning and showing the enhancement. As such this will not be refunded, and we have no ability to extend or change the date the listing enhancement will attempt to charge the next time. If you have any other unrelated issues you may send in a new case for additional assistance. As I see it. Dean argument is incorrect. Minors logging in will *not* see any item listed as mature or adult - ever. That is the very definition of Linden Lab's rating system. Dean's answer is in violation with Linden Lab's ToS, and quote the exact text about solliciting others to violate SL's ToS. and more specifically, Dean is suggesting that minors should set their rating to Adult. Very dissapointing!
  8. I believe you are wrong tihnking that way, as that happenes only on extreme cases when sellers are not seller or shop but a scam. On that spicific cases, yes what you said happenes and its very bad. But on the big mayority sellers are not evil, are good working people that if you just im them to ask whatever you need they gladly help, respond, refund or whatever needed to elave customer happy. So said this, there is no need at all for people to be nasty and dont contacting the seller at all and elaving a bad review directly, this i see as a very bad and low atitude that should be done only on specific cases when its a scan or a seller that truly is not nice and doesnt help. Sadly people do this everyday all the time, and no matter why. I believe they enjoy being bad and ruining products as well as they have zero idea what building a product means and how many real hours and hard work takes.

Sarah, they are so many people that feels so good when they just ruins on purpose products of a person, some feels pleasure having fun and doing nice things, others does only by doing nasty things and trying to damage, as merchant you should know this. We are used to it, so many of us sadly. Linden in most of the cases does remove it, i would risk to say in 95% of the cases, and when they doesnt, and you feel the review is truly unfair and done on purpose, i usually contact other customers that bought and encourage them to leave me a true review on that product thye bought and usually after send them a nice gift card to do so, then the bad review is left behing and other good ones comes soon on top. Is best you can do, and most of all, dont let yourself being so hurted by it, happens to us all, many times done by a competition alt on purpose, and best way of facing with this is by fixing it and moving on Hugs! hope it helps!

As usually they delay after a holiday more thab the 5 workable days promised on TOS, but one supposes it will be one day or two more, well I´d talked to Drika of the chat, and she told me not so on a good way that may perfectly delay till next Tuesday, that means even 4 more workable days even more, really dissapointed with this. I wonder if its happening to anyone else?
  12. Besides, in case noone is noticing, they arent saying what happens with the enhacements that we had payed and they arent showing at all all this days, I would love to know?
  13. Yes i did tried that at first yesterday and now again today but is not working for me, I am glad it did for you! I really cant make it work with bulk editing, I also wish they add a new bulf for SLURL, I changed my store of sim last year and I still today couldnt finish changing the SLURL of over 2k items, one by one and I guess so many people may have this same problem!
  14. Hello Ivan and thanks a lot for your comments, I did tried many times doing that, taking less and less items each time, and not even 5 together worked for me, it is not changing them. Only that works is manually changing one by one and this not also on all the tryings, sometimes works, others doesnt. Do I gave up and will jsut wait for a word of them when they finish fixing to see what thye did and how we proceed, glad it worked for you!
  15. Hello Community Manager and thanks a lot for your answer, yes I am following those post already that appeared after I wrote here and made me glad that you are working for resolving the issue! Please consider that many sellers have thousands of items so if its possible please allow some kind of bulk editing for fixing this, because fixing one by one manually make take forever for so many people... I will add as well a request also for marketplace to allow in Bulk also to change SLURL of the products massively, please consider that when sellers change land or sims and has to manually change that on each item is also terrible... Again thank you so much for reading and considering this!
  16. We dont know if other merchants are aware of the new bug so we thought on letting you know, apparently MP is forcing by itself many items into moderated and ADULT by itself and we cant fix it. Hey Toysoldier yes its similar to when we had the boxes before wit hthe being delivered stratus bug if you meant that, not i am afraid that all status has bugs respecting we not getting money, customers yes getting our products and LL doing nothing aobut it, a script wont help on this cases I believe.

As you may read above, we totally disagree wiith the impossible task that you are asking which is aksing for the money to our customers, this is totally ridiculous and also impossible, customers cannot see their money transactions of more than 30 days and this merchandises had been delivered from months ago. The correct way to go is that linden fixes this money issues withdrawing form customers and letting them know as corresponds!
  21. This is sad Pamela but actually its same than happens to me over and over and the worst is happens to me on ANY issue, doesnt matter whats about. Always Dakota answering, hey fix yourself nothing we can do and as I say, washing her hands, over and over. Important only is go and closing the ticket and when you reopen to close it again till you get tired, like a game. I took the desition that right after Valentines will start migrating to other grids, and this one i just see it going down, and not only because the unexistant support but also for so many other reasons that we spoke before, like the freebie and almost freebie makers all over MP and many other rocks on the way that makes it harder and harder to make an income here. And I insist again I will never understand why MP allows freebies there and alsmot freebies, pages and hundreds of pages before our products when thye make zero income of that, and never will. And our products which pays enhacements, which pays comission of 5% to them gets last in search everytime. Pople is free to do what thye want like giving up their things for free for sure! but in their own lands, paying for it at leats, on MP? come on. Changed a lot the subject here I know, but wlel after all is all related, MP problems for us, merchants, never solved

Yes Mauve on my cause I found out because I got two e mails of 5 starts reviews of customers "so happy" with the products, products that thye got obviously but I never got payed for and I guess I wont No answer to my jira yet either posted days ago, and answer to my tickets was " go ask yourself th emoney to your customers" very nice-!
