Still looking for my item's in my inventory!

Would you please send message to my e-mail. reach me at  blueeyedcowgirl1957@yahoo.com, post it as ( reguards to item's not in inventory)? Tell me who iI newed to talk to about my item's either not making it to me on SL at all. Are when it does make it to SL, I click keep and it does go into my inventoery. A 20L 4 bedroom house, wedding dress 30L, glass slippers 30L, wedding cake and wedding bouquet. E-mail me and tell me which department can handle my problem. Are just send my Linden's I was out on these item's back to me and I'll ry to rebuy them again.  I've sent this to Tech Support Department, Shopping Department, Accounting Department and Inventory Department  several times since February 24th, 2012. The Wedding dress and stuff I bought on February 22, 2012 and the hous I bought a few days ago. Todays is 3/31/2012. Please help me?
