I keep buying clothes and I can't put them one is there a putton or something I don't even know if my person is a boys or girl . I am hatting them website right now

You say you hate the website, and are unable to change clothes, and do not know if your character is male or female even.

I think it is possible you have not yet started properly with Second Life - you need to download the viewer so that you can see your character/avatar.

While Second Life Viewer downloads to your computer, please watch the screen.  There will be useful information shown to you as the download makes it's progress.

When the Second Life Viewer has completed it's download to your computer, you will have an option to "Start Second Life now?" - click on "ok" or "yes", and log in.

In the future, you will see an icon on your desktop screen for Second Life.  To enter Second Life, you double click on the icon.

The link in Ansariel's post shows you much more of what to do once you have downloaded the viewer.  Take your time. And have fun.
