I cant drag a" LM' from note card to group notices

My partner can drag Lm form his note card to a  group notice ... but I cant.... hummmm can any one help?

Perhaos he needs to drag it into his inventory first, then into the group notice?

Is the notecard no copy/no modify/no transfer?

You have to save it to inventory first. then drag it from your inventory to the card.
