I hope some one can help me.  i need help to make a shirt collar both a open one and also a closed on  Is there some one that can tell me how to do it please

Making shirt collars from prims is difficult. However there are sculpted full perm collars for sale out there and are fairly cheap. Check the marketplace or in-world.

The best way to do it is with either sculpties or mesh.  Unless you are adept at creating your own, you'll have to do as others suggested and just buy pre-made collars from designers in Marketplace or in world.   There are plenty of them, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding a good selection.  If you want a simple prim collar, however, you can make a passable one yourself.  Take a look at this tutorial in Natalia Zelmanov's blog >>> http://www.mermaiddiaries.com/2007/02/day-138-creating-shirt-collars-and-ties.html  It's a bit dated now, but it's well-written and very easy to follow.
