You can't get paid "well" in SL.  You'll earn a lot more in the same amount of time by getting a job at Burger King in RL, and you won't be spending your in-world time working.  If you really want to work, though, try two things:

2. Post an interesting message in the InWorld Employment forum, letting people know what you are able to do, and see what happens.

Hello emuttyy. Under InWorldEmployment Category in SL Forums i assume you have to write more about your special skills and about the reasons someone is gonna pay you well. However if you have no skills (for example building, scripting etc) just forget it. Other thing i am looking for a job to make some L$ and other i am looking for a job and get payed well.
