Market Place Purchase

I am trying to purchase in market place and it keeps telling me invalid number.  What do I do?  Who can I speak with?

 

It keeps telling me my credit card number is an invalid number... it's being very wierd.  Is there someone I can talk with to make the purchase... my credit card is valid.  I don't understand why marketplae keeps telling it isn't

Invalid number of what?  What are you trying to do?

Go to your Dashboard (secondlife.com and login) > Account > Billing information. Have you added yor credit card as Payment Method?

Hello Jobie and welcome to SL Forums. As already mentioned you have to submit a ticket under Marketplace --> LindenX and Marketplace Exchange Issue. Report analytically the problem there, include the error messages you get and wait for a reply. It takes usually 3 days.
