It was next to the Blake sea with a lot of open water at one time but I have not been there for a while. It's a Linden Labs sandbox and can be found under Linden Locations in your Places Search. If the craft is not too large, there is water surrounding the edges of the Regions. 4 hour return. You could consider renting a plot on a Private Region and ask the owner / manager to lower the land.
