Sold lindens and they didnt post

I sold lindens and it wasnt posted into my paypal, but the lindes are sold, how do I get money?

When you sell lindens, the dollars go into your US Dollars account.  You need to Process Credit on that account in order for those dollars to be cashed out to Paypal.  Goto your Dashboard - Account - Account Summary and you will see the Process Credit link next to your US Dollar credit amount.

When you sell L$, they are converted to USD and are placed in your dollar balance.  You may then choose to use the dollar balance to pay tier, or transfer it to your PayPal or credit card account, or just let it sit there until you need it.  See here for more information >>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Account-balance/ta-p/700015

Correction to Rolig's excellent answer:  You can not send money from your $USD balance TO a credit card.  The credit card companies don't run transactions in that direction.  You must use a verified PayPal account.
