PastorZ
how much of my network usage allowance does Second Live use on average by the hour?
0 Storm Clarence
You will have bandwidth speeds as per your contract with your ISP. The more the merrier. It is recommended to slide your bandwidth to 2500kbs for optimal performance.

0 LoveAngeL Lyre
Hello Pastor and welcome to SL Forums. As already mentioned it is no something standard. You must to experiment with it untill to find what is better for your system. If you increase it so much and you notice a lot of packet loss and server lag, set it lower. According LL, 500 kbps is enough to run the program without problems but of course you can increase it, especially if your internet connection is fast. Check out also the suggestions about from Torley Linden here.
0 Lindal Kidd
It depends a lot on whether you use Voice, what your graphics settings are, and how much you move around. I do not recommend using Second Life on a mobile broadband connection, although it is possible. You are much better off connecting with an unlimited bandwidth connection from your desktop.
