so yeah bought 600L worth stuff said got delivered but its not in my inventory and last night when it got delivered  my net was going in and out how do i retrive these items if not how do i get my money back cuz thats 600L wasted on something i didnt get

If it were me, I would start with contacting the seller first. Most times sellers are more then willing to redeliver due to the marketplace not delivering items.

Try contacting the merchant/s concerned directly.  If the items are copy-perm there is a good chance they will just send you another copy.

To minimize the chance of this happening again, please avoid using the shopping cart (buy one item at a time), and ensure that if you are logged in your avatar is not set to "away" or "busy" status, and that whether or not you are logged in, you are not at or nearing your IM cap.

If you read the stickies above, you will see that you can send a ticket to LL to have the items redelivered, also.

You can go ahead and submit a ticket, but it's not going to solve the core problem.

Speaking of the cart, someone in world sent me a link to one of your listings Josh because they came across it while looking for a statue and were highly amused at your presentation of your advice about not using the cart.
