i started dancing the other day, now i cant stop. its like everyday im shuffling.lol. plz help

can someone tell me how to stop dancing?

Use Stop Avatar Animations.  In Firestorm, that's in your Avatar >> Avatar Health menu.  In V3, that's in the Me menu.  If that doesn't stop yopu permanently, check to see what you might be wearing that is scripted to animate you.  Open the WORN tab in your inventory and start taking off unfamiliar things (or even familiar things).

This often happens if you are dancing, and teleport somewhere without stopping the dance first.  If the "Stop Animating Me" command does not work, find an animation stopper device and touch it.  These can often be found at clubs.  There is one near the arrival point at Caledon Oxbridge University.  And you can get your own, free, from the Marketplace.  The most common type looks like a fluted black and gray cone with a ball on top of it.
