None of the viewers are working.

Please someone help.  I downloaded the viewer and its not working past the Terms of Service,i cannot login.  I downloaded Phoenix, as well as Firestorm and Singularity, and all have the same issue!  Please can someone tell me which one i can download that will get me past the Terms of Service part, so i can log in.

I have heard that if you download 1.23 and accept the TOS, then you can log in with any viewer of your choice after that. The link is at the bottom of the page under Download Second Life then More Viewers, Second Life Wiki, bottom of the page Viewer 1.23.

It should be working on one of the viewers.  Are you sure you waited long enough for the Terms of Service to load?  It can sometimes take a few minutes to load. I tested a new alt with the Phoenix Viewer, and although slow to load, it did load after a few minutes.

To agree to the ToS requires that a web browser opens.  All viewers have an internal browser that it uses for web pages or browsing requirements......that browser (an open source Mozilla browser) can be an issue.  Go to your preferences and on the "general" tab (Viewer 2 and 3) and change that to your external browser (the browser you use for regulat web browsing).  You should get a message saying that your viewer wants to open a web browser.........okay it.

 

It might also help if you actually go to the ToS before you launch your veiwer and actually read the ToS...........that caches the web page for the ToS in your browser.
