Hello azrizonad and welcome to SL Forums. If you at least 18 years old at first you need to get an age verification. So..

• Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older through the age verification web page. 
• Set your Viewer preferences to view adult content.  See Accessing Adult land and content for instructions.

You get to your preferences under the "Me" menu if you are using Viewer 2.xx or 3.xx.  Third party viewers may vary.  If you don't have a "Me" menu, you are probably in "Basic" mode.  Look at the bottom of your UI and next to the log in button you'll see another box called "Mode".  Change that to "Advanced" log out and log back in.

Just type CTRL + P to open Preferences.  You can even do that from the login page, before you log in to SL.
