Try logging in to a different sim --- someplace nice and quiet like Smith or Pooley.  Then TP to wherever you want to go.

this was happing to me about a month or so ago I found out that i needed tp update my graphic cards driver not sure why or if this may help you but i would go to the website of the manufacture of your graphics card example intel or amd when your on the site just search graphic card driver download and make sure u are useing firefox or internet explorer to download the driver

Hello Aleessia. If you can't log in a different region (using V2 or V3), try a TPV.
