UnListed & Unavailable Items Suddenly Incorrect Since Last Update

Any other merchants having a problem with items suddenly showing up in Unavailable & The Listed column and indeed they are available? OR adding Unlisted items, having them appear in your store, and Listed yet still remain in the Unlisted columns as well?

Something is wrong with the Index on the MP or something got really messed up with the last update. Does anyone know if a jira was filed?

The last deploy generated quite a few JIRAs. The closest one to the issue you are describing is: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-4125

It may be related to your issue. Read through it and if it is, comment/vote/watch.

If not, start a new JIRA and post the link in this thread. If you do create a new JIRA, it helps the devs if you have screen shots and detailed info for them (sort of goes without saying).

thanks i did a jira on it...seems that their index is a total mess

Thank you for creating the Jira Ticket so that the Marketplace Team can research the issue further and other Merchants can add their comments if they are having the same issue.

If you can, please take screen shots showing the products in your SLM Store and also on the Unavailable/Unlisted tab on your Manage Inventory page.

This will help the Marketplace Team to see and understand exactly what you are seeing on the SLM site for your store.

And these next 2 show items 24 hours appearing both in Listed & Unlisted though they are in the store. With hundreds of items it becomes next to impossible to manage these lists.
