Hello zeeknova and welcome to SL Forums. It could be a mistake and it happens quite often. You need support by LL to unblock your IP. You can't do it alone. So if you are a premium member, use the Live Chat right now and you will resolve it quickly.

If you are not a premium member use the toll free numbers. Ok they are most for billing issues but several users got helped this way.

Toll-Free (US/Canada)
800.294.1067
Long-Distance
703.286.6277

Our Billing team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Local Toll-Free numbers

* France: 0805.101.490
* Germany: 0800.664.5510
* Japan: 0066.33.132.830
* Portugal: 800.814.450
* Spain: 800.300.560
* UK: 0800.048.4646
* Support is in English Only

Also give a try to mail at support@secondlife.com

Good luck.

The message said, "We are showing no bans blocking any of your hardware.  If you continue to have any issues, please let us know." Did you let them know that you are still having problems?  Telling us won't help.  We are all residents like you, not Lindens.  The message that you received from LL should have given you a way to contact them again (e-mail?   Live Chat? A support Ticket?)  I think that sounds like a good idea.
