hi i rung up the help service and they had a look at my account and said im not banned but i cannot sign in i keep getting the message sl cannot be accessed on this computer they said that it had something to do with my computer ? but what is causing the problem can anyone tell me how to solve this problem ???

I recently made a ticket about me not been able to access secondlife on this computer because of a ban from a while ago I gave them my IP address and volume serial address and Mac address but they said this Greetings zeeknova! It looks as though this issue may have resolved itself. We are showing no bans blocking any of your hardware. If you continue to have any issues, please let us know. Thanks, why cant I sign in ?
