Search for surname

Can you search by surname?  I need help finding an avatar whose name I can't quite remember.

You can try.  Search can be quirky, so some names may be missing (and many people choose not to have their names appear in public Search). The real challenge, however, is that you are likely to get a HUGE list for many surnames, and they all look similar after you've read the first 25 or so.  It's like trying to find a friend named "Jones" in the Manhattan phone book.

If it is someone that you have spoken to, you could try searching for the name in your chat logs as it is likely there will be less people with the same last name in there.
