declined purcheses on accident?

i bought something and accidently hit decline instead of keep is the only way i can get that without buying it again by asking the developer to send me one?

Notify the sender or creator that you clicked decline in error.  I am sure they will redeliver.

That's right.  A sales agreement is completely between you and the seller.  If you need to have the item redelivered, send the seller a polite note that includes all of the important information about your purchase.  Most sellers will be glad to replace the item, although you may get some who resist if it was sold with no-copy perms.
