its a shape not a skin that im having problems with

i got a demo for the shape want "DAMNED - pauline" shape and where are the but area in the picture is small when i attatch it the hands hips butt ARE HUGE! im confused do i now have something i need to attach new shapes?

everytime i buy a slim shape it never looks like the picture the hands are huge and the face distorted and i dont understand why im paying money for a fat shape when it looks nothing like the picture?
