How do I "place my order"?

Click the Place Order button.  It's at the bottom of the screen, after a couple of screen changes (not the most obvious spot).

If you have added an item or items to your shopping cart on the Marketplace, then click on the little cart that is in the upper right corner. Click on the Checkout button, review your order to make sure it's right, then click Continue. When it says "Click 'Place Your Order'", scroll down to the bottom of that page and click the Place Your Order button.
