No.  We're all SL residents here, just like you.

Now, can you explain what you mean?   If you want to add more information to your question, click the Options link in its upper right corner and select Edit.

You can login to a quiet sim such as Pooley (you will land in the water) and wait for your inventory to load completely there before going anywhere else.  To speed the load, do not open browser windows, chat in IM or anything else.  Walk away from your computer for several minutes.

Of course, the larger your inventory, the longer it can take to load.
