It's hard to tell, because we can't see your blue screen to tell whether it's a Blue Screen of Death (usually a hardware problem) or whether you have actually logged in underwater at <10,10,10>, which will look entirely blue too.  If you want to add more information to your question (perhaps a photo?), click the Options link in its upper right corner and select Edit.
