Eveeoni
I'm wondering if it is required to feed pets. I'm currently looking at a mount that also acts as a pet- says it can eat and stuff. I just want to know if it will be burning a hole in my pocket x_x
0 Ansariel Hiller
Actually that depends from product to product. If they aren't advertised as breedables, they probably don't need to get fed. But in case there's no info at all, you should contact the merchant to be sure.
0 Cinnamon Lohner
Depends on the pet. These are all created by residents of SL, not by Linden Lab. So every pet is going to be a little different. Best thing is to talk with the creator of the pet, the person selling the pet and if possible someone else who owns one. That should give you a pretty good idea of what it takes to maintain that particular virtual animal in SL. --Cinn
0 WADE1 Jya
There is quite a few people trying to avoid the pay-to-feed SL animals & inadequate information out there to help these people. A short list of animal sellers who don't charge for food/care of Second Life pets & animals seems like a good resource to add here. Some content creators who sell animals with no costs after purchase are: The LOLO Pet Shop Zooby's Alpha Dogs VKC Wynx Whiplash Animania Paradise Pets This is not a complete list whatsoever, anyone please feel free to mention more such places!
