Credit Card or Debit

*I have been using a prepaid debit card since I join SL 2 yrs ago , only to come in game today after a long vacation to found out LL isn't accepting Prepaid Credit Cards or Debit Cards no more :( , Which makes me really up set cause I will have to leave game now . LL don't you know you are only hurting your ownself and the Lindex exchange is going to go down because you won't accept these card of debit cards NO MORE ???

Not everyone can have a bank account . I think the only reason you all will only accept a bank debit card cause it has to do with our RL infomation that is against your Terms of Service .

This saddens me and many of my friends cause we will have to leave .

If anyone else is dealing with this same issue , I would like to know if you try a different route on this ...

Paypal won't accept nothing unless you have bank debit now too so what the freak LL this is messing you all up .. you just not going to be in the number 1 list no more but oh well ...

I don't know about pre-paid debit cards, but my bank debit card can be run as either/or.   That means I can use it as a debit or as a creidt card.  Does pre-paid not do this?

i dont have a bank account either and i havent had one in many years and i am able to use second life.

just use a free account.

I don't see how they would know the difference, most debit cards show up as a credit card. Just depends on how you use them. Not sure about the prepaid ones, never used one.

You can get a Paypal account using a debit card, at least those that you can add money to, which essentially makes the debit card a bank account. So, you can verify your PP account with a debit card, then connect that PP account to SL.
