Who do you contact about claiming or purchasing abandoned land?

You will need to contact support to request that the parcel be put up for Auction, but whether or not you can get it divided so that you can get just a part that you want is another matter. You may need to buy it all and resell the part you don't want, but can't hurt to ask, you never know your luck.
