unable to sign in, when i try it says "second life cannot be accessed from this computer

when i try to sign in using original viewer or viewer two is says "second life cannot be accessed by this computer"  ive been logged on many times with this computer

Usually that message means that your account has been suspended or banned by LL.  You should have received an e-mail explaining the action and telling you how you can appeal if you feel that there has been an error.  Check your spam filter to see if it is there.  If not, all you can do is file a support ticket >>> https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/  Indicate "Account Issue".  If your access has been frozen, only LL can reverse the action.
