I cannot set permissions for my friends to edit my objects or see me on the map.

I know to set the permissions for a friend to track my in SL and Edit/delete objects is in the contacts section.  I have ticked the buttons again and again.  I keep getting questions about if I want to grant the rights and I tick yes.  The permission shows up only for the time span I am online.  Then when I log out, and come back later...it resets itself back to what is was prior.  I cannot figure it out at all.

Its a Bug, Workaround is to use the Web Profiles.

 

(Though i tend think it was done deliberately to funnel the people into using those stupid web profiles.)

If that doesn't work for you, see my info in the comments of that article. After over a week, my friend can now see me. Oh the excitement!  Good luck.

Btw. the problem isn't solved and there are still issues and I can NOT add/change the permissions.....

When will it be solved completly????
