You'v done the right things so far. LL is going to have to restart your sim or send a techie to figure out what's wrong. You can file a support ticket or (if you are a Premium or Concierge member) use Live Chat to get their attention. Yesterday's work on the grid might have had something to do with it (who knows?), but at this point the problem is local to your sim.
