"Could not teleport, failed to grant capabilities."

I rent a homestead through Fantasy World Estates, and upon logging in today I found myself at a terminal on a whole different land, which was annoying, but not unheard of. I tried to TP to my homestead and was met with this message, "Could not teleport, failed to grant capabilities." I immediately went to the FW-Estates home and checked my rent, my land was paid for, so I tried to teleport again, same error. I had my partner log in and try to teleport to the homestead, same error. We looked up the error and found an old forum post about it, and that perhaps the grid needed a restart, so I contacted the estate managers for FW-Estates and they tried to get to the homestead to restart it, no dice. So they're leaving a message with the Estate Owner to try and fix it, and I was told to contact LL with the problem.

I saw that yesterday the Grid had some problems with teleporting and land access, but the post said they had been resolved, however it seems today there may be the same sort of problems.

You'v done the right things so far.  LL is going to have to restart your sim or send a techie to figure out what's wrong.  You can file a support ticket or (if you are a Premium or Concierge member) use Live Chat to get their attention.  Yesterday's work on the grid might have had something to do with it (who knows?), but at this point the problem is local to your sim.
