It means the account is on hold pending investigation. There should be an email sent, advised to explore inbox and spam folders.

I've never had an account put on hold or banned or even suspended.  I think you know why your account was put on hold since you just said it was on hold.......how would you know it's on hold unless you recieved some notification that it was on hold?  I suggest you follow the directions you recieve when you got that notification.

I don't know what  it means but my account is put on hold too and I was given no warning or reason to why this was done. I think it is crap that they can hold our accounts with no warning or telling us the reason
