Recurring $11.99 premium membership charges

Question

I downgraded to a basic membership and released all my land tiers months ago and just realized I've been getting hit with the $11.99 monthly charge (ugh) from "TILIA/SECOND LIFE". I put in a "Billing" support ticket but I can't find any other way to reach Second Life support.

Has anyone had any luck resolving this situation? 

 

- I have a basic membership

- No land tier

- No inactive/outstanding $ balance or anything like that.
