Selling my 3D assets without my permission

Hi there! I had an agreement with someone to open an SL store, where I would create 3D assets and he would sell them on the in-game store, According to the agreement I held 50% ownership, and the other two had 25% each. I clearly told them anyone else getting involved in project will be decided by all the stake holders, but they tried to include some people without my permission on which I had issues with them and they were giving them a 50% stake out of nowhere, which is a clear violation of our agreement, I have al the proofs of agreements and all the proofs that the assets were made by me.

 

Due to their violation of agreement, I simply told them I wouldn't be working with them anymore and they should remove all the assets that were made by me, and also to this date I received no proceedings from the store. How do you guys suggest I should move ahead? I have all the proofs and everything, but they are now not only denying on giving me the proceedings but also keeping my assets I made.

 

Any help and guidance will be much appreciated!
