So what can be the problem when with your headset, you can all the sound effects the music the live steam, but you can’t hear anyone taking on voice?? Even when they call you ???

You likely have checked- but double check in preferences under sound & media that not only is voice enabled, but you haven’t accidentally turned that sound slider off all the way?
