Age old question from an age old noob

I just got a new computer and all my options on Firestorm were wiped. (no, I didn't do a back up, I know, stupid). 

Anyways, I am trying to get rid of the noob movements. I can't get my head to stop moving and it does those stupid arm things when i click something.

I tried putting "the amount to which your head follows the mouse" to 0. I have relogged and restarted my computer, but it doesn't help. It doesn't do it with my AO on, but sometimes I need it not to be.

I think the arms pointing is Preferences-Firestorm-Avatar and then uncheck "Enable selection beam" and "Send selection data to chat"?

I may be wrong, since I also forgot how I did it.

Thank you for the help. I tried unchecking both of those and nothing changed. I hate looking like a 16 year old noob !

Are you using an AO?
