I'm not sure if there is a Linux version of the official SL viewer.  There are some third party viewers that support LInux:

LL do not release a Linux viewer, unsure if theirs can run using WINE.

Firestorm do release a Linux version, 6.6.16 is latest but has been removed for a bug fix, 6.6.14 available here though: https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/doku.php?id=downloads

Firestorm's Linux version is fine, although they don't have PBR in yet.
