Maven homes have a wide range of sizes so where you rent is less important than how much land you will need to.support the prims.   Maven has homes with over 1800 prims down to 42.

I'm almost certain the vendors at Maven give a suggested suitable plot size in addition to the footprint and Li you can use that info to find the best size rental for your needs in the land section

I can assist you with this. It totally depends on the amount of prims you will need, the surface of your house. Do you wish to have a particular type of landscape such as a beach environment or a garden type of land or a green forest area? I can even deliver you seasonal environments if you would prefer such a type of landscape, maybe you would like a snow environment for the winter period.
