did you check if your documents you sended in to indentify yourself aren't expired?

Hi, my case is something funny, Normally all my money withdrawals have taken a maximum of 3 days, everything is normal. Last December 13, I tried to withdraw an amount like every week and I am still waiting for the deposit today. Contact second life support and tilia support. For security reasons, both of them asked for my answer to the damn security question which I don't remember, since I don't give an answer to that, they can't give me information about what happens with the late payment XD. I simply wanted to know if everything is ok with my account, that it is a simple delay due to the Christmas holidays or something, well nothing, 0 responses. Can someone tell me if it is normal since the 13th that I have ordered the withdrawal of dollars to my Paypal (status = in progress) and have not received either the money or a clear response to the event?
