How do I become a Vampire in Toxian City -RP?

I explored and like it, but there isn't much info on how you become each race.  I've seen several people w/ vampire meters that says how much blood they have in the game.  I was wondering if someone could give me some info on how to become one.  Thanks

There are several vampire RPs in SL. Easiest thing would be to ask one of the players how to join.

I am not sure if your "Toxic City" is actually Toxian City , but in case it is the webpage for that RP area (stellarly impressive by the way) is here: http://www.toxiancity.com/   

It states that you can join a faction from the website. Good luck.
