how do I get land instead of a Linden Home?

As a Premium member, you receive a waiver for the monthly fees on a 512 sq m parcel.   You may use that waiver and apply it toward t\he monthly fees on an parcel of land that you own on the mainland OR you may choose to select a Linden Home, which is on its own parcel.  If you choose the first option, you must first BUY land (paying whatever purchase price the seller is asking).  If you choose the second option, your waiver covers the monthly fees for the parcel and you get a FREE house on the parcel.  See details at

It's a 1024 parcel with Premium and 2048 with Premium Plus.

With the newest Plus membership, it's 512 but no option for a Linden Home.
