Where is the help when you need it? It seems its impossible for basic account users to get help!

Why is it so hard for the lindens to attend to basic account holders tickets?

There are plenty of staff, so where is the help? Its annoying when the only way you can resolve your issue is through a linden aswell.

Is there a support number to call from Australia?

 

Why wouldnt they have a support number for Australia? seems ridiculous to me, seeing as alot of the residents are infact, from Australia, so.. What do we do when we need instant support?

Yes there is an Australian hot line, but I unfortunately must inform you the number was recently rerouted to a Dutch chat line for adults. Are you sure you really want the number?

Upgrade your account at least for a month to Premium and you will be able to contact via live chat with support directly.

Meanwhile there are a lot of helpful Residents here at Forums and many issues has been solved here.

@Identity Euler; Why should the person support LL when they don't even want to lift a finger to help others? 

 

Some people are saying that LL disabled support tickets for basic accounts, Bella. My husband says they made it harder to even make one. Either just sounds like lack of responsibility from LL themselves.
