Why is it so hard for the lindens to attend to basic account holders tickets? There are plenty of staff, so where is the help? Its annoying when the only way you can resolve your issue is through a linden aswell. :matte-motes-confused: Is there a support number to call from Australia? Why wouldnt they have a support number for Australia? seems ridiculous to me, seeing as alot of the residents are infact, from Australia, so.. What do we do when we need instant support?

Whenever i try to logon to my account via the Viewer it tells me that second life cannot be accessed from this computer, I am not the only person using second life from this computer. I dont know if they have done something wrong for my computer to be banned but this is affecting my gameplay! someone help!? I've sent numerous tickets asking for support but no replies, or asks to verify my account. Which i have done.
